Mr. Samrat Krishna Gaddam gave a presentation on prompt engineering and shared some insightful knowledge with us.

 He serves as an assistant professor at P.B. Siddhartha College of Arts and Sciences.


some key points are:

Prompt engineering is a critical concept in the realm of natural language processing and artificial intelligence.

·       It involves the art of crafting precise and effective queries or instructions to elicit desired responses from language models like GPT-3.

·       The importance of rapid engineering resides in its capacity to mold these models' behavior and output, empowering them to deliver precise and contextually appropriate information.

·       Applications like chatbots, virtual assistants, content creation, and data retrieval all heavily rely on this mechanism.

·       Prompt engineering does provide certain difficulties, though. The subtleties of language, potential prejudices, and ethical ramifications must all be carefully taken into account.

·        To fully utilize AI-powered language models and ensure ethical use as the area continues to develop, mastering prompt engineering is still crucial.





He additionally discussed online certifications which can be claimed from sources like edx,coursera,AICTE,Dev gym and Cisco.

Later he discussed some AI tools like 'hugging face modules' and 'Flowgpt'.

    On 10 th October the Department of MCA organized one day industrial Visit to NRT TECH PARK (Managalagiri) 2018 for DMCA Students under the guidance of  h onorable Vice-PrincipalRev.Fr.Rex Angelo..S.J .      The Department of MCA organized one day Industrial Visit to NRT TECH PARK(Mangalagiri) on 10th of October 2018 for DMCA Students.  Visit was organized with the prior permission and guidance of Honorable Vice-Principal Rev.Fr.Rex Angelo,.S.J. It was supported by HOD Mrs.Poonam along with Department staff Mrs. Manjula Rani, Mr. Anand, Mr. Pagalla Bhavani Shankar and programmer Mrs. Keerthi. Total 42 students and 4 staff and 1 programmer visited the NRT TECH PARK. The students got benefited in terms of technical details provided by the company on an important part of Internships & Recruitment Policy of Company.

In Andhra Loyola college, Vijayawada, the Department of MCA organized a Guest Lecture on Research Perspectives of Computer Science: Approaches & Opportunities on 22,december, 2023.   The guest lecturer for the event was Pagalla Bhavani Shanka, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science & Engineering, University College of Engineering and Technology, Krishna University . During the lecture, Mr. Bhavani Shanka emphasized the growing importance of the researches. He explained seven steps of research process during the session. The speaker highlighted the era of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
