π Introduction
The Department of MCA, Andhra Loyola College (Autonomous), Vijayawada, organized an 8-Day Placement Training Program in association with the Magic Bus Foundation from 11th August 2026 to 20th August 2026 at the PG Seminar Hall.
The programme was designed to help students develop important employability, communication, problem-solving, interview, and personal development skills. The training sessions were conducted by experienced trainers who guided students through practical activities, discussions, and interview preparation.
The programme also included an orientation session by the Placement Officer, Mrs. Pushpa Latha, who provided students with useful information about placements, recruitment opportunities, and career preparation.

π§ Day 1 – Self-Awareness
Date: 11 August 2026
Trainer: Ms. Blessina Omega
The first day focused on Self-Awareness. Students were encouraged to understand their strengths, weaknesses, interests, abilities, and areas where they could improve.
The session helped students understand themselves better and recognize how self-awareness can support their personal growth and career development.
π Day 2 – Adaptability & Flexibility
Date: 12 August 2026
Trainer: Ms. Blessina Omega
The second day focused on Adaptability and Flexibility. Students learned why adapting to new situations is important in both professional and personal life.
The session encouraged students to become comfortable with change, accept new challenges, and develop a positive approach toward different working environments.
π‘ Day 3 – Problem Solving

Trainer: Mr. Kiran
The third day focused on Problem Solving. Students participated in activities designed to improve their logical thinking, decision-making, and ability to handle different situations.
The session helped students understand the importance of looking at a problem carefully and finding practical solutions.

The fourth day focused on Interview Skills. Students learned about important interview techniques, communication, body language, and how to present themselves confidently during an interview.
The session gave students a better understanding of how preparation and confidence can make a difference during recruitment.
π Day 5 – Interview Preparation & Placement Orientation
Date: 17 August 2026
The fifth day focused on Interview Preparation. Students received guidance on preparing for interviews, answering questions confidently, and presenting their skills effectively.
An additional orientation session was delivered by Mrs. Pushpa Latha, Placement Officer, who shared valuable insights about placement opportunities, recruitment processes, and the importance of career preparation.
The session motivated students to take placements seriously and prepare consistently for upcoming opportunities.
π° Day 6 – Personal Finance
Date: 18 August 2026
Trainer: Ms. Blessina Omega
The sixth day focused on Personal Finance. Students learned basic ideas about managing money, understanding financial responsibilities, saving, and planning for the future.
The session highlighted the importance of developing good financial habits at an early stage of one's career.

The seventh day introduced students to the Johari Window, a useful concept for understanding self-awareness and communication with others.
Through the session, students explored how feedback and interaction with others can help them understand themselves better and improve their communication and relationships.
π― Day 8 – Mock Interviews

Trainer: Ms. Blessina Omega
The final day focused on Mock Interviews. Students participated in practice interviews that helped them experience a real interview environment.
The activity allowed students to identify their strengths and areas for improvement while building confidence in answering interview questions.
