  Media Coverage   Coding & Debugging Mains Department of MCA organized Samiksha 2K17 an IT Fest on 20th Feb 2017. Over 300 students from 35 institutions participated in the one day event. The following events were organized during the program. 1.Poster Presentation on IOT 2.Word Runner 3.Coding and Debugging 4.Recycling 5.Quiz Technical 6.Treasure Hunt Krishna University principal Y.Sundara Krishna and Efftronics managing director D.Ramakrishna attended as chief guests.

Our MCA student won prize at the Annual Festival of Siddhartha Engineering College (AFOSEC - 2017), at Siddhartha Engineering College, Vijayawada. M.jigisha (AMCA 07)  won second prize in ' General   Quiz ' competition.The department congratulates her.

         MCA department conducted a “ Traffic Awareness Program ” in Collaboration with Dasarath Motors Hero Honda for students on 10 th January 2017 for creating awareness on road safety.

MCA students participated in ‘ Samalochana ’ an intellectual forum at Navyandhra Pusthaka Sambaralu organized by Department of Language & Culture – Govt. of AP, Vijayawada Book Festival Society, and NTR Trust at Vijayawada Book Festival on 03/01/2017. The Key Note speaker was Nasscom’s Regional Head Srikanth Srinivasan . The topic was ‘ IoT, Cognitive Computing ’

Department of Information Technology, ALIET Vijayawada conducted a seminar on Microsoft Azure. NMCA students of MCA department participated in the seminar. Mr N. Anil Kumar,Microsoft Manager for the South,West region was the resource person. He talked on cloud computing,Microsoft Azure and Office 365.

Mr.P.V.Narasimha (a Graduate in Commerce & Law ), worked in various companies like Maruti Plastics Ltd, Nayagara Papers Ltd, Seaways Shipping Ltd in Finanace, Accounts and Administartion before he became a Director of T.I.M.E., Vijayawada in 1999. He has been in the Education field since 1999 handling classes for CAT , ICET, CRT & GRE. He gave a seminar on preparation for GDs,Interviews preparing for Campus Recruitment and for admissions into various companies.Neary 60 students participated in the seminar and expressed that it is beneficiary.

The Department of MCA organized a seminar on “Advanced Technologies in Current Trends” on 30th September 2016. Mr.T.RaviKumar from Department of Computer Science & Engineering, ALIET Vijayawada, was the resource person.
