A Step Toward Career Readiness at Andhra Loyola College
The Department of MCA successfully conducted an 8-day Placement Training Program for second-year MCA students, starting from 17th November. The training sessions were handled by Mr. Kiran from the Magic Bus Foundation, an organization known for empowering youth with employability skills.
An additional orientation session was delivered by Ms. Pushpa Latha, the Placement Officer, who shared valuable insights on placements and career preparation.
🎯 Why This Training Was Conducted
The main purpose of this program was to prepare students for the real challenges of campus placements. The sessions focused on:

6️⃣ Mock Interviews
One-on-one mock interviews with feedback gave students real placement experience.
